On the ground floor of Grupo Ultra, granite and concrete appear in pure finishes, serving as a base for the brand to stand out. The urban sidewalks become the flooring pattern, and vertical stone brises, lit from within, echo the effect of light passing between buildings on the street. The landscaping enters as a counterpoint to that solidity, softening the more rigid volumes with pockets of green.

On the presidency floor, wood warms up the same concrete and granite base used on the ground floor. Sound-absorbing panels line the meeting rooms, tensioned fabric light fixtures simulate natural light, and a curation of Brazilian design, objects, artworks, and signature vases, punctuates the work spaces. The corridor between the rooms gains poufs and small lounges, and it's there, in the gap between one meeting and the next, that the space also becomes a place to meet.
