At Loft Urbano, charcoal and black tones dominate the social area, balanced by the wood flooring that warms up the space. The kitchen counter, in Grigio Paraná quartzite, combines strength with the natural veining that runs through the stone. In the mezzanine bathroom, limestone covers the ceiling, walls, and toilet area, adding texture to a more secluded, intimate space.

The gray-blue linen sofa, designed by Two and handmade by an upholsterer, is the center of the living room, alongside a coffee table with built-in poufs, also designed by Two. The metal staircase connects the social level to the mezzanine, keeping the same logic of dark tones and low volumes throughout the 80 m² apartment. It's this contrast between raw material and careful detail that defines the loft.
