T.M PROJECT

Three materials mark the passage between inside and outside in Casa T.M: Moledo stone in earthy tones, green Guatemalan marble, and European oak that warms the rooms. This isn't a finish applied afterward, it's the logic that organizes the sequence of spaces, linking the living room, home theater, game room, and gourmet area into a single flow. In the open-plan, integrated living room, the view stops being a backdrop to become part of the design.
The bedrooms and the office stay protected without losing the lightness that runs through the entire house. Each room keeps its privacy, but none loses its light. Custom-made furniture and carefully chosen artwork complete that logic, treating every corner with the same care given to the structure. In the end, it's this continuity between material, light, and landscape that carries the family's everyday life there: togetherness comes from the design, not the other way around.

Based on our client's wishes - it was clear throughout the entire process we will use only organic materials.

The bright clean walls in contrast to the light wood, plants and art make this place feel like “home”, not just a house.
