Organic granite and Moledo stone unify the floors throughout the property, creating a continuous base between the main house and the two bungalows. In the bathrooms, suspended gardens and skylights act as natural light fixtures at night, letting the light shift in intensity through the hours. The bedrooms follow synthetic fiber headboards signed by Nani Chinellato, varying only in color from one room to the next, which gives the whole property a cohesive visual identity.

The expanded winter garden now connects the spaces through strategically placed openings, and Italian furniture alongside a piano marks the upper floor. The pool, clad in granite, gained a new spa area, and on the beach an outdoor living space with built-in benches and a fireplace creates a point of contemplation facing the ocean.
