At Ibaté, the modular wood ceiling organizes the entire social area. It gathers light, air, and infrastructure, making everything that usually clutters a ceiling disappear: the fixtures deliver only light, the ducts vanish into the gaps, and the wood plane stitches kitchen, dining, bar, and living room into a single gesture. It's 480 m² that read as one continuous space.
Beneath that plane, three materials speak in harmony: walnut in a lighter tone, marble in large slabs, and brass in the details. The furniture follows the same logic: Italian pieces of signature design share the scene with custom-made woodwork, each chosen deliberately to reinforce the same sophistication. In the end, that's what makes the apartment work for the people who live there: what disappears is the technical part: the wiring, the ducts, the effort, so that the ceiling, the stone, and the furniture remain, and life happens in the space between them.
