HIGH APT.

All of São Paulo fits into one window of the High, and that's where the apartment begins. The double-height ceiling opens space for generous light, and the horizon is treated as a piece of art: the social floor plan curves around that view, to the point where the DJ table finds its exact place within the window's frame. Burnt cement and porcelain tile give the base of the space an urban, matte tone, in gray, black, caramel, and wood.
The furniture is where the project finds its signature. A modular sofa of original design, a custom-made dining table, a stone coffee table, pieces from Artefacto, Flos, and Moooi share space with Phenicia rugs and artwork from the couple's personal collection, each choice made by hand. In the end, it's this combination of view, concrete, and original design that carries the apartment's two rhythms: the silence of the private wing and the movement of when the living room turns into a dance floor.

Based on our client's wishes - it was clear throughout the entire process we will use only organic materials.

The bright clean walls in contrast to the light wood, plants and art make this place feel like “home”, not just a house.
