White predominates across the surfaces of this 315 m² penthouse, amplifying natural light and the sense of space. Structural pillars, once a constraint on the project, were incorporated through custom woodwork in the ceiling and vertical planes — the structure became part of the design, not an obstacle to hide. The original flooring remained, and pops of color were introduced strategically, guided by a Feng Shui study.

On the balcony, once underused, a new gathering space brings together a seating area, a larger table, and a spa. The gourmet area was redesigned with equipment and a layout that resolve the flow of the entire kitchen. It's this combination of light, color, and reworked spaces that changes the experience of living there.
